Fees are calculated by the system from route distance using a base fee and a rate per kilometre before the delivery is confirmed.
How do I know a rider delivered the order?+
Riders confirm pickup and completion in the app, with delivery proof attached to the order where required.
What can I do through WhatsApp?+
Place deliveries, request price checks, provide missing order details, choose a shop, and receive rider and delivery updates.
Can WhatsApp handle multiple stops?+
Yes. List the stops in order using phrases like then or next stop. SwifttDrop calculates each leg and groups the route into one delivery request.
Can I run more than one shop on one account?+
Yes. Add branches with their own pickup addresses and staff access, then view them separately or together.
Can I use a branch or custom pickup point?+
Yes. Single-shop merchants use their registered shop by default. Merchants with multiple shops can name a branch, choose from a selector, or provide a custom pickup location.
Can I schedule a delivery or request COD?+
Yes. Add a future date and time, cash on delivery, round trip, bag, or urgency requirement to your message.
