That's the whole order.
Place a delivery in the chat your customers already use. SwifttDrop handles the pickup point, route price, missing details, and rider assignment while your team stays in control.
- Order in natural language
- Resolve shops and addresses intelligently
- Move confirmed orders into dispatch
You only need to tell us
four things.
Start with four details: the item, recipient, phone number, and destination. Then choose a pickup, add options, confirm the price, and send the order to dispatch.
Send the four details
Write what is being delivered, the recipient's name, their phone number, and the delivery address or landmark.
We find the pickup point
With one shop, pickup uses your registered shop. With several shops, name a branch or reply with its number. You can also write a custom pickup address.
We ask for anything missing
The chatbot reads back the item, recipient, phone number, pickup, and drop-off. If one detail is missing, it asks you for that detail before continuing.
Add a keyword if needed
Add cash on delivery, round trip, bag, urgent, rush, low priority, or a future date and time. Use then or next stop to describe a multi-stop route.
Check the price and confirm
Ask for a price check to see the distance, ETA, and cost. Confirm only when the pickup, stops, options, and price are correct.
Dispatch and manage the order
The confirmed order goes to dispatch and a rider is assigned. Send reset to start again, or cancel with the order ID before pickup.
Ask the price
before you book.
Not ready to confirm? Ask SwifttDrop for the distance, ETA, and cost for one stop or every leg of a multi-stop route before you commit.
Say it naturally.
We handle the details.
Whether you run one shop, several branches, or a route with multiple stops, describe the delivery in the message you already know how to write.
Your shop is the pickup point
For a single registered shop, pickup defaults to its saved address. Just include the item, customer, phone number, and destination.
“Send a thermal bottle to John Doe 0712345678 at Seniors Apartments, Uthiru.”Pickup: your registered shop · Delivery: Seniors Apartments, Uthiru
Name the branch in your message
With multiple shops, add the registered branch name. Swifttdrop matches it to the saved address and uses it as the pickup point.
“1 package to Jane Doe 0711223344 at Kilimani Haven, pickup from Westlands Branch.”Pickup: Westlands Branch · Delivery: Kilimani Haven
Group several stops into one route
Use words like then, and, or next stop. The chatbot groups the addresses into one rider route and calculates each leg.
“Send from my shop: Stop 1 to John 0711222333 at Kilimani, then Stop 2 to Jane 0722333444 at Westlands Heights.”Start: your shop · Stops: Kilimani, then Westlands Heights
Collect from a warehouse or supplier
Replace the default shop with any physical pickup location. Addresses are looked up and confirmed before dispatch.
“Deliver 2 packages to Alex 0799887766 at Westlands Heights, pickup from Jumia Warehouse, Mombasa Road.”Pickup: Jumia Warehouse · Delivery: Westlands Heights
