Merchant service agreement
These merchant terms apply when your business uses SwifttDrop to arrange delivery services. They sit alongside our general terms and describe the responsibilities that make a dependable delivery network possible.
Your account and orders
You are responsible for the accuracy of order details, pickup and drop-off information, product descriptions, packaging, and any customer communication managed outside the SwifttDrop platform.
Delivery operations
We will use reasonable care to assign riders, provide status information, and complete deliveries. Delivery windows can be affected by traffic, weather, customer availability, or other conditions beyond our control.
Payments and support
Applicable delivery fees and payment terms are shown during onboarding or in your merchant agreement. If something goes wrong, share the order reference with our support team so we can investigate quickly.
